Diesel Database

Purpose

During a recent winter storm, it was observed that there was not a good source of dealers or service stations that could supply Diesel fuel in the event of an emergency.  Follow up discussions determined that it would be useful to build a database of dealers that could supply Diesel fuel or Propane, and if a station has backup emergency power. 

Linn County ARES has assembled a database of stations and dealers that can supply (and especially deliver) diesel fuel and/or propane and whether they may do so if commercial power is lost.  Provide updates to Steve Jones, WA6GFD AT aol . com.  

The current Database and MAP of stations and dealers was completed by on-site surveys for stations in Linn County.  

•  D = Sells Diesel (Yes/No)
•  P = Sells Propane, including Propane exchange (Yes/No)
•  EP = Has backup Emergency Power generation (Yes/No)

The database also contains some information on adjacent counties, most of which have not been verified.
